Adam used easy to understand terms to explain the problem for one unit that needed to be replaced. He showed me the readings on the units to make sure they were within working ranges. Adam answered my questions and my concerns.

Yesterday, Jerome Logan, one of your Maintenance Technicians came to me home to check my air-conditioning and heating system.
He called to see if he could come a little early and I told him ok. When he got here he presented a neat and professional appearance and interacted with me in the same manner. He explained to me what he was going to do and then he did it. He showed me faults in my system and recommended corrections, which I did. When he finished he told me about your annual maintenance program and I signed me up. It all made sense the way he presented it.
I believe that he is the best and most professional service person I have ever had in my home and would highly recommend him and your company to anyone who needs your services. If you ever need someone for one of your potential customers to speak to about you company and the quality of service you provide please have them call me.

Gentlemen,
I wish to thank your company for initiating contact with us regarding a check up for our air conditioning system. The man who called was most informative without being "pushy." He's supervision was very efficient in double checking the pertinent information.
John, the young man form Laos, is an exceptional employee. He was very agreeable to removing his hoes when he came into our house to check the vents. Because we have white carpet we never wear shoes in the house. Many repair men refuse to do this.
John was extremely thorough and was very patient in explaining what he was doing and the parameters of normal functioning. He pointed out this problem with out A.C. and checked with your office on when the fan motor could be replaced.
Then he made an appointment for Wednesday May, 31 2nd showed up on time to do the work. We were very favorably impressed by his courtesy and efficiency.
